There are no surprises at Fogo de Chão ; the price is fixed for adults, between $34 and $52 (2018) depending on the time of day, half price for children 7 to 12 years old, free for children under 7. Your meal includes the market table (salad bar), meats and side dishes to share.

The Fogo way is a particular style of dining: diners sit down, order drinks from a server and hit up the market table (if that’s your thing). To attract meat-laden chefs, diners use a card that is red on one side and green on the other: red means do not approach, while green means bring on the meat sweats.
Gaucho Lunch is our Weekday Lunch menu that allows guests to customize the portion and pace of their meal to fit their schedule. Choices include the Market Table and Feijoada Bar for $15 (price may vary visit location page to verify) or add a select cut of fire roasted meat for an additional $6 – $9.

The food: There are 17 types of meat on the menu, along with the large and extensive salad bar (which also includes sliced meats like ham and salami, cheeses, hot dishes including potatoes, fish and much more). Plus every table receives sides of caramelized bananas, crispy polenta sticks and doughy popovers.
Market Table is a huge salad and antipasti bar. The Market Table includes fresh seasonal salads, exotic vegetables, imported cheeses, smoked salmon, cured meats, Fogo feijoada (traditional black bean stew with sausage) served with rice, fresh orange and farofa (baked yucca flour with bacon), seasonal soup, and more.

Fogo de Chao (fo- go dèe shoun) is an authentic Brazilian restaurant, where gauchos come to your table bearing skewer upon skewer of meat. Dinner at Fogo de Chao Expect lots of food. Wear something stretchy. Bring a non-judgemental date. Remember that you are not being forced to eat. Skip the dessert.
