The Beaver bistro closed its doors nine months after being featured on Ramsay’s Fox-TV show “ Kitchen Nightmares .” Levanti’s has been sold to Rich Montini, the executive chef at PNC Park since 2008, who plans to open a new restaurant, Heirloom, at the downtown Beaver site.
Peter’s closed in December 2008 and the restaurant next door has expanded into the space. Tina and Peter’s father featured in the episode passed away in 2009. It was revealed in a blog post on Cosa Nostra News that Peter had mob connections and was once working for the Bonanno family.

Nino’s Italian Restaurant From Kitchen Nightmares Has Closed. The restaurant closed in August 2016 and posted the following message on their Facebook page: “It’s Time to Say Good Bye – Nino’s celebrated its 58th Anniversary on July 31, and will be closing its doors on August 14, 2016.

Not only are the diners not “real” (at least in the sense that they’re not everyday, ordinary people but are somehow connected to the show), but neither is the restaurant itself. It makes sense, when you think about it. Hell’s Kitchen is a television show, after all. Television shows are shot on soundstages.
